Karl Martin Holzhäusers is a german experimental photographer. His photography is called concrete photography. His paintings are abstract compositions of light, created in the darkroom with a light instrument in the hand. The iridescent play of colors refer to no reality, these are images without illusion, without suggestion or allusion to reality. Stronger than the result of an individual will to express it are the result of conceptualplanning and design. Its beauty arises from their nature-like self-sufficiency.
I do not understand how it is done, but it looks impressive and out-of-reality! These images are creating in my head the illusion of curtains or fabrics that are photographed. I love the lightness of the couleurs.
