HE IS JUST GREAT! I can say I love the “smatched-up-drawing” from Berlin-based illustrator from Frank Höhne. He graduated 2009 in the “Visuelle Comunication Department” at Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weissensee . By looking at the drawings my head produces kinds of memories from Jean-Michel Basquiat, but Frank uses his art-illustrations in a more informative-freaky-graphic way.
His diploma work where he is stopping to smoke and makes a diary out of his experiences is just incredibly good piece of work!!!
GO HAVE A LOOK AT HIS SITE… THERE ARE MANY FUCKING COOL DRAWINGS TO SEE!
My favorite illustration agency 2agenten is representing him now as a new talent.
And last but not least : the site Freunde vom Freunden has a well-done interview with Frank (only in german), a short movie with him and some amazing images of his Berlin apartment and the cool interior… really worth looking at it.
