knit your food

Cardigan is the vision of Kate Jenkins and was set up in 2003 to fulfil her philosophy that anything can be created from yarn as long as it is made with love. Using her talent for design, an artist’s eye for colour and a witty imagination, Kate has developed the Cardigan label to create a truly unique collection.

Each of their art collections, Comfort Food, Soft Smokes, Cardigan in Bloom and Fish & Stitches is inspired by everyday items. These are then interpreted with consummate skill and humour into amazing pieces that have been exhibited to wide acclaim at art fairs in the UK and the USA. I like!
