couleurful, instantly identifiable patterns

The latest show which was shown in Milan from the famous house Missoni took place in the beginning of July. About twenty boys were walking in a line around Milan and showing the new cloths to the people passing by until it ended at a garden party at a fancy place in the city.

The Missoni (founded 1953) juggernaut has produced everything from women’s clothes to fragrances, home furnishings, and a budding boutique-hotel empire, but the brand is rightfully famous for its couleurful, instantly identifiable patterns—and the expertly crafted sweaters on which you see them. The company launched a small men’s line in 2001 and has since expanded into denim and relaxed-fit suits. ( via GQ)

Missoni’s new ad campaign is a short film by Kenneth Anger, an  American underground experimental filmmaker, actor and author.
