Peter Zimmermann (*1956) is a german artist, sculptor, object-artist, which work I like a lot, particularly his paintings, which are done with epoxy resin.He lives and works in Köln.
He photographes his own works, scans it and works digital over them, then the results are printed on a film, projected on to canvas and the outlines are then covered with thick epoxy resin.In the center of his producing stands the question of the proportion between original and copy plus surface and content.
